go to that link please ;]What is a good makeup choice (eyes, face, lip etc.) for this dress?
Neutral lips, red or pink lips wouldn't go with the green. However grey, black or even brown eyeliner, eye shadow would be perfect.

I am all about playing up the eyes with very light pink or sheer natural lip gloss. For that dress (love the color BTW) I would say a light silvery green or silver all over the lid then a deeper green ( matching your dress color) or black shimmer just in the crease to make the smoky effect. If you do it right it should look like its fading from light shimmer green/silver to black then back to silvery green. The darkest color should hit right in the crease of the eye then fade back to light shimmer green at the lash line. Top of with black eyeliner then mascara. A little goes a long way with black or deeper colors in my opinion so if you look too dramatic or made up gently wipe some off AFTER you put on mascara with a dry q tip. Sometimes when you have the mascara on it all seems to come together plus if you get some mascara on your lids you can get that off too. Also a tip when doing the whole smokey eye look with shimmery colors, use your pink or index finger to blend in gently. Good quality shimmers or pigments blend better with natural oils of the skin and the heat from your hands. Be sure to use regular face powder or a skin colored eye shadow on your lids as a ';primer'; or eye shadow primer if you have it to prevent creasing.
I think really dramatic dark, smokey eyes would go really well.

Or eyeliner, mascara and a glittery blue eyeshadow to match the dress like one of these: http://www.barrym.co.uk/products/product鈥?/a>

I definatly think emphasising eyes, and keeping blusher and lips very minimal would suit that dress best.
never match your make-up to your outfit, it's very mall girl, i learned that from jay manual on ANTM, so go with a chocolate brown eyeshadow, and just try to make the eyes, POP, also you're gonna want dark brown eye liner, for the lips go sheer(clear), and cheeks, a little pink, didn't mean to drop all that on ya!!!!!!!!!!!!
for eyes maybe a nice brown or create a smokey eye effect using some black, for the face you can use concealer, foundation and powder, if you want blush your can use a hint of pink and follow with a pink lipgloss
Silver or gray eyeshadow. Black line. A nude/pink lip. Don't forget a nude lip liner. Also put a bit of white eyeshadow under the eyebrow. Also a soft pink cheek.

btw, I lovee that dress.
ermmm because the dress is not plain, if you get me, i wud just go for alot of mascara and smokey eyes!

and just a plain pinkish lipgloss, or even just clear.

the dress is bright use

light color(pink, light eyeliner gray or lightly put black, light blush, foundatio if use)

on all but make eye pop use color of dress
I would do a smokey eye look... using silves, navies, greys or blacks... Mix some of those up. Shimmer colours also. I would o a glossy lip and no bronzer or anything.
def a teal eye makeup with the smokey look... so a little black around the corners and then dont over do it with anything else, just neutral colors on the lips and cheeks
Eyes - the color of the dress
i would go with eyes and a little touch of lips i like the dress
use eyeshadow the same color as the dress. and black eyeliner
Eyes
ooo definitely eyes and face...that dress looks cute...
