I am sixteen. I have long blonde hair, green eyes, fair skin... and I'm sunkissed. I wear brown eye shadow everyday, and mix it up with a bit of dark brown eyeshadow on the top of my lids.
I'm getting sick of using brown. I use brown everyday. What else would suit me?
What colour lip stick should I wear?Confused? Eye makeup and lip colour?
If you have such beautiful natural look, why don't you leave your beauty with a tanned skin and no make up. Your natural look must be pretty to have such lovely colours.
If you really want a nice colour, there are green eye-liners, they would suit your eye colour. also, pinkish/red lipstic.
But as i said, nature may have given the beauty to you, that you should be happy with...!!!Confused? Eye makeup and lip colour?
Check out www.marykay.com/rebecca. I did some checking and my guess would be:
Bamboo, Rose Mist, and Virtual Violet with a Violet eyeliner would look nice. Other choices also include Tootie Frutie, Double Espresso, and Onyx with a Steely eye liner.
As for lipstick, some Mary Kay colors to try would include, Frosted Rose (I am blond and blue eyed and I like that one), Shell, whipped berries, sweet necter, and Pink Melon. It would depend on the undertones in your skin. If you are feeling daring, a color you may want to try would be Sunset. As for cheek color, I know you didn't ask, but might as well complete the look, Orchid or Mocha both would look nice.
All of these are available at www.marykay.com/rebecca
violet really compliments green eyes, but colour look a bit scary at day time :S
you're on the right track with brown, but if you're bored, then why not try one of the following looks (these include lips, cheeks and skin)
- concealer and white khol, nothing else just gloss
-concealer and really pink cheeks- it looks so cute
-for a fun summer look, compliment clear skin with bronzer, gold or bronze shades of eyeshadow, clear gloss and brown mascara
-or why not try, for might time, violet smokey eyes? smudge dark purple shadow round your rims, add purple liner on the inner rims and add heaps of black mascara. compliment with clear skin and nude lips.
You ask what colour suit you, however. Fin a colour wheel- google image 'colour wheel'. find green, the choose the few colours directly opposite. these compliment green.
i know it says red directly opposite- don't write it off completely. a thin red line along your lower lash line can look very striking, when paired with shimmer at the brow bone and nude lips with a light sheen.
If you don't want to wear red, then look at the colours either side or the reds. orange could be flattering in summer, paired with a cute sundress and sandals. In winter, the purple or the red in the form of a thin stroke of liner looks amazing, providing it doesn't clash with your outfit. You can just add more for night time.
as for lips, a general rule is- when doing dark or standout eyes, keep it nude as to not detract. for day, always keep it fairly nude in winter. in summer, fuschia or red looks nice, with no eye makeup.
if you choose to make lips your feature, then wear after five o'clock, or in summer during the day. Shimmer in the inner corners of your eyes is a nice way to compliment it.
for day, just keep it natural- gold/natural tones, especially gold, will pick up on your eyes. Blend gold shimmer out along your browbone. compliment with mascara, gloss, concealer and a bit of cream blush.
play around to see what suits you, and have fun.
hope i helped, good luck.
I'd try some purple eyeshadow, a deeper or brighter tone and some pink lipstick with a little punch or kick to it, since you have a tan, try a raspberry (deeper pink) or strawberry (brighter pink) tone. Try different things until you get a result you like, or go to a department store's makeup counter and ask for their help, but after that, they usually ask you to pay out like $40 for some of their products, and they only MOST of the time know what they're doing. Good luck!
I think you should try a golden brown, with a raisin colored lipstick. I think you should mostly remember that you emphasize one feature of your face at a time. If you are wearing a strong lipstick try lighter eyes, ect. Also a nice emerald green shadow sounds like it may be a really good one for you.
i cannot help you becuase i also confused it
Hi! you could go for pale pink gloss,a hint of bronze on the cheekbones, some baby pink or sky blue eyeshadow and mascara to open out your eyes. You'll look smashing!
i would say a light purple eye colour maybe mixed with a bit of dark, and a very pale pink gloss on your lips
you are sixteen, you dont need any makeup, since you have sun kiss skin just go for brown eye liner and you have blonde hair use dark brown mascara and a touch of blush thats all you need and you will look beautiful,go sheen with your lips.
