When ordering makeup brushes from eyes lips face.com, should you wash the brushes before usage?

It's a good idea, they may have been sitting around collecting dust.

Step1-In the sink, wash the makeup brushes' bristles with shampoo. Any kind works, so use what you have on hand.

Step2-Blot the bristles with a clean towel.

Step3-Lay the makeup brushes flat on the towel and leave to dry. Laying them flat will help keep the bristles straight. When ordering makeup brushes from eyes lips face.com, should you wash the brushes before usage?
yes, you should always wash anything prior to using to apply stuff to your face. Brushes are made from synthetic (or natural) materials that carry chemical and glue residue, dye, odors and oil from people's hands, amongst other things. The first wash should be a good one, gentle baby shampoo is easy on the brushes. Just swirl the brush ends around in a sink with warm soapy water. Do your best to squeeze out the excess liquid prior to laying it flat to dry. Do not sit your brushes upright, this will cause the water to run down into the ferule and can diminish the adhesive or cause the metal to rust (usually in lower quality brushes.) Allow to air dry overnight or until dry, gently reshape.

After this initial cleaning, I am not a big fan of ';washing'; my brushes. I use makeup remover...pour a generous amount onto the corner of an old towel, wet but not dripping. Rub your used brushes in the liquid and this onto a dry/clean part of the towel. Repeat until the brush does not leave a colored spot on a clean spot. When ordering makeup brushes from eyes lips face.com, should you wash the brushes before usage?
you should wash makeup brushes no matter where you buy them from. chemicals that are shipped in the same trucks can leak onto the products without your knowledge. this goes the same for clothing too - always wash before you wear. people really do get sick from stuff like that (and not just on tv :) )!
Definitely, to prevent any germs or bacteria from coming into contact with your eyes. It's the same thing with washing food before cooking them and eating them.
Yes, you should definitely wash it. By the way, i found some coupon codes at http://www.coupondawg.com on e.l.f. Also, they offer free manicure set from this site!!!
Always. You never know where it has been and what chemicals might still be lurking in it. Gently wash it with soap and leave it to air dry on an absorbent paper towel (I prefer Viva or Bounty paper towel).
Yes you should always wash them before using and periodically to remove excess makeup
