Did a dermatologist do it? If not, then go to see a dermatologist as soon as possible. She/he will have good recommendations for you.
there really isnt anything that you can do.
in the beginning you should have NEVER gotten permanent makeup especially on the lips.
go back to the doc that did it and see what they think they can do to fix it.
