They make something called ';Venom'; it will make your lips bigger for a certain amount of time.
Here's a list of a couple of lip plumpers that definitely work well (and some that are pretty pricey)...

Too Faced Lip Injection (they have a gloss and a mask for the lips to plump which is great if you don't wear makeup because it actually plumps without the gloss) - from ULTA.com or sephora


LipFusion - pricey (35 or 50 dollars a bottle) but works pretty well





Hard to do without ';makeup'; though...if you are willing to do the makeup thing though I would try one of the plumpers or just get a really good clear gloss (mac and studio gear both make one) - glosses always gives the appearance of fuller lips. Stay away from Restylane though...unless you want to look like Goldie Hawn!!

Rub your lips with a washcloth and then put chapstick on so your lips won't get raw...

There's also certain lip glosses you can buy that make your lips swell up a bit. They feel all tingly when you put them on. :)
Dab a little glossy chapstick onto the middle of your lips.

The ';venom'; is actually called Duwop Lipvenom and NO its not actual venom...heres a picture of it..In the beginning when u apply it there is a slight stinging feeling on the lips but it goes away quickly...Ive used it numerous times and it does work =)

And about the person that said to wear dark colors on lips to make them look bigger...thats a totally WRONG answer...Dark colors make lips look even smaller...try wearing lighter and shiney shades..as they diffuse light and make the illusion of bigger lips..
