Why not do a dead Marilyn Monroe? She was as pale as a ghost anyway! Black lipstick, pale skin, black nail-polish, a white (blonde) wig and that famous white dress? Maybe you could add some decay to the face?
I found some website that show how to do it step by step.

Well,
Marilyn Monroe had a few features that she knew how to play up well and made her look stunning, even after all this time.
Her lips of course, her eyebrows, eyelashes, and the beautymark. Those are the things you need to focus on.
First start off with matte foundation.
It will make you look flawless and ready to apply the rest.
Next,
Make sure to groom your eyebrows!!!
Then, fill them in with brow liner/powder.
Make them really frame your eyes beautifully.
Then get 2 colors for your eyeshadow.
A natural taupe-y color and a highlight.
Use liquid eyeliner and go from the inner corner to the outside and create the cat eye-look.
Dont line your lower lashline, it'll make your eyes look smaller.
Then, use a good volumizing mascara,
and I personally suggest using false eyelashes.
For the lips...
Use a red lip liner,
it'll keep the lipstick in place and stop it from bleeding past your lips.
Make sure your lipstick is matte.
If not, it just wont be Marilyn-esque.
For the beautymark, take a brown pencil,
cover with pressed powder so it stays in place,
and tada.
youre done.
Classy.
