Is E.L.F. (eyes.lips.face) a good makeup brand ?

Alright well, i wanted to order off of elf's website for makeup since its cheap, well i was wondering if it was TOO cheap as in bad quality makeup, i know there are better brands like MAC so you don't even need to mention it. So i guess you get what you pay for but, is it like something i shouldnt bother buying bc i don't wanna spend alot. help pleaseeeee?Is E.L.F. (eyes.lips.face) a good makeup brand ?
