you can't. you should be happy wiht the body God gave you. plus, do you really want fish lips? Chances are they are already in perfect proportion to your face, anything else would look off.How do i make my lips bigger without surgery or makeup?
i would suggest Venom...wich is lip plumping gloss.....are you allergic? without surgery (which i wouldn't recomend anyways) or lip plumping gloss i dont think theres much if anything you can do. if you are allergic maybe you could find some sort of organic gloss that would have a similar affect
well i was actually going to say one of those lip plumping glosses but since u don't want that either then there's not much to do. I read in a magazine once that when u brush ur teeth u can brush ur lips a little too and that's supposed to get the blood flowing in ur lips therefore they appear fuller (however this only lasts a few minutes or so)
