ok remember that if you go really dramatic with the lips, you have to tone down the eyes and visa versa.





so if you are going with red lips, i would suggest no eyeshadow, or use neutral colors.





probably a black liquid eyeliner just on your top lashline, drawing it out just a little bit to create a cat eye. and one coat of mascara.

Creams and simmer browns...go for it girl...
nothing very pale nutrals. teh red lips will make a statement in itsslef.
You don't want to over do it just stick with a brown eye shadow or something that isn't to bold.
If you are going for a striking red lip, don't over-do the eyes. I highly reccomend a natural looking shadow and a little bit of liner for daytime. For night try a smokey eye.

not something too bold because you already went bold with the lips. remember bold eyes, soft lips; bold lips, soft eyes. Okay since you have red lips you should put a creme color right below your eyebrow, then a soft brown in the crease. blend the two colors 2gether. hope this helped :)
It rather depends on the color of the clothes you will be wearing... Someone suggested browns, but what if you're dressed in black and white?? Wouldn't match. Also, depends on the tone of red you will be wearing on your lips. Keep in mind that if it's too strong / dark you should keep your eye makeup as discreet as possible, so as not to compete with the lips. You have to make only one thing stand out, either the eyes or the lips. So if your mouth will be ';bloody red'; I'd stick with a very discreet shade, very little mascara and maybe no eyeliner... so as to keep your eyes low-profile.
as subtle as you can go.... because red lips are really bright. you don't want to over-do your whole face.
red stands out alot so your lip will stand out what ever eye make up you wear it shoud be netural colours. with alot of mascara.
don't over-do your eyes to much remeber you are trying to play up your mouth. i would say just wear one layer of mascara and a light eyeshadow in a natrual color like brown with a slight golden tint to it. Hope that helps
It depends on the shade of red and the color of your eyes, your hair, your skin tone, and your outfit. Usually, adding any eye makeup when you already have red lips will make you look like a doll or worse. Use whatever color as lightly as possible.

A general rule is if the lips are bright or dark then the eyes should stay neutral. You really could wear anything with red lips except i wouldn't reccommend like bright blue.
Try light purple or dark pink.
red lips go good with a black smokey eye or with just plane old black liner


for school just put one line of black liner on ur bottom lid


and for date put eye liner on top a bottom


and for a party go with a black and grey smokey eye


dont go too dark on the make up thought
